Fell asleep with the computer on, woken by an email message board update. back to bed in a moment.
Just to record that the security lights activated outside - and the fox was in the garden again having a good old root around

We finally* got fairly substantial proof of the Fox which visits my Father's garden,- we've always thought one passes by as the dog seems to take great care in following its scent all down the driveway and through the garage and round the back garden....
When we had the snow... There were some 'strange' markings in teh snow, going up to where half a Xmas pudding had been left out for the birds; We've now identified what the markings were; they're the foxes tail swishing over the snow 
Mind, still 
that my Father got to see a deer at a neighbours garden just before new year
