Which is good, because we haven't got one. Well I exagarate, we have one, in our lounge. The one in our bedroom has a hole in it which is now large enough for me to climb into (but the surrounding plaster probably wouldn't take my weight) where as hole in the bathroom is merely fist sized. Apparently the building may be structurally unstable but the good news is that we don't have a freeholder because they went into recievership.
Don't panic, everything is getting nicely out of control...
