Reinstating journal entry

When I follow the instructions here :
Click on either of the links attached to any of the other Journal Entries, say, '3 replies' or 'Last Week'. You'll be taken to the Forum that relates to all your Journal Entries...
I am not taken to the forum that relates to all my journal entries but rather to the journal entry that I've clicked on. What am I doing wrong? I'm just testing it before I remove a journal entry I may want back.

Where does it say that Hellboundforjoy Researcher 666?
When you get to that journal conversation there should be a 'conversation list' link somewhere. If you click that you'll get your journal list/forum where you'll find all your journal entries.

Its under the directions for reinstating a journal entry in the FAQ that you to to if you select the link to "what you can do with your journal" (or somesuch thing) that appears above your journal entries. I did figure out how to reinstate the journal entry another way if I decide I need to.

I am not sure about this and I'm not sure if MINA is still here or where she is, or if anyone else with a clue is watching this thread.

You don't need frames - go to your current journal entry and look at it in conversation view, and there will be a link to 'conversation list'. That will take you to a list of your journals, which you can use to find and subscribe to the entry that you want.
