Found it! There was a dodgy link to 'GuideML=CLinic' on this page, and I've now fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out, BD, and thanks for chasing it up, John.
All sorted now.

I thought I was going mad (nothing new there) when about an hour later I found a link to GuideML which worked. In the meantime I'd checked out the submission guide for GuideML which I'd guess is a better reference for those of us reasonably familiar with HTML.
