A Conversation for Fencing
Seven kilos!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the excessive punctuation.
Any sword that weighs seven kilos is horribly heavy. Anything over two kilos is horribly heavy to swing around. If it weighs seven kilos, it would better be called a claymore. But you said it's a metre long, so it must be as thick as an idiot's skull. You certainly couldn't handle it for five minutes at a time unless you're extremely well built, and you wouldn't stand a chance of blocking a strike (unless you grounded the tip for support). And if you hit someone with it, he'd _stay_ hit, for a month or more.
Seven tenths of a kilogram (.7kg) is what you meant, I believe. That would be pretty much normal for a sword.
I notice that someone commented on this fact...two years ago. You'd think that one of the authors would notice and fix it.
