It's a good job I've got my back turned or I'd have to give someone a very hard stare.
*stares into the distance instead*

For us dimwitted North Americans, what is a Chorton & how is it safe for it to do a wheelie? Thanks for getting back to me.

It was a stop motion animation children's programme, Chorton was a dragon who defeated the witch Fenella through the fact he was very happy.
hmmmm well it works if you are five!

That storyline still works even now I'm much older than five
The wheelies were little things with a wheel on either side of their bodies and one on the end of a tail (so they didn't fall over).

How did Chorton the dragon interact with the wheelies? Or were they there as some kind of Greek chorus to comment on the Chorton/Fenella action?

S'funny, one of the very first things I did on H2G2 was look for Chorlton stuff and the search engine didn't find a thing....I put up a very sketchy article, intending to fill it out later, and now I find that Abi is world's no.1 fan!! Search engine needs fixing.....although I notice there's a typo in the spelling for this forum.
I am *SO* glad to see the videos are out
I'm off to order them now - ironic that I have to get them via the net as I work about 200 yds away from Blackstar's warehouse!!!

There is actually a program summary as part of the entry on Stop Motion Animation. I found it after posting the inane comments above.

And so now with the added knowledge you have, were the Wheelies a sort of greek chorus to the Chorlton/Fenella action?

Has anyone else spotted the similarity between the new Robbie Williams single "Rock DJ" and the theme from C&TW?

Well, I was about to leap in and say, "The videos are out" but you know that, so I won't. However, don't suppose anyone has come across an entry on Willow the Wisp have they. Only I just bought the whole thing on video (my brain hurts something rotten after watching that) and feel like dedicating a wee bit o' internet space to it
