I'm relatively simple, I just like to spread complexity around me.
h2g2 is certainly great fun. The parties are wild!

You're really keen or there's an echo in here.
Just follow Abi - if she's not at the party it's not worth being there.
BTW the average age on this forum is higher than you think!

Castle! Hi again
There are so many parties around here you can hardly move without falling over a few comotose bodies!
Try visiting the Frinks Drinks links... or Veggieman, or Loonytunes... or Monsy (I MUST introduce you to her!)... or me!!
I am very close to your age also... as said before, you would be surprised at the spread of ages in h2g2 There is a very good forum somewhere for *oldies*... we are mostly reminiscing about old TV shows etc there atm! I will try to find the link for you
Hi everyone else!

Ah yes! The trials of one pc and three h2g2ers!! Poor TM hardly gets a look in at home these days... but he has access to h2g2 at work! At least I have my own computer... it is just waiting for an internet connection!

What is a computer geek boyfriend like ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Re: ...or is it just my house that's like this?
Vestboy Posted May 28, 2000
If you have a computer geek partner who hogs the computer you need to get an old TV and a manual typewriter. Paint the screen of the old TV a Microsoft deep blue, get some old wire and tie it to the back of the typewriter and stick it in the aerial socket of the TV. DON'T plug it in!
Tell your computer geekness that your new computer doesn't seem to be working and can s/he have a look at it.
Then while they are puzzling the whole thing out you are busy on the real computer having fun with us... Simple
