Welcome to the Guide, Skyshroud3. Name's beetle. I dropped by to welcome you and let you know if you have any questions about h2g2, posting in GuideML, how it works, what to see, D&D, AD&D, or volkswagen related inquiries, just ask. If you have some questions that need answering in general, look for the ACES, those little people floating about. We have a page at ....
Wait a mo', i have to look up the address again...
here it is...http://www.h2g2.com/A214796

Ah yes, what do you think?

I appreciate your response, and I already have a question for you!
How much does that '71 VW Beetle that I pass every day on my way to work cost, cuz I really want that summitch!
LOL
Seriously though, I do appreciate the help, and I DEINITELY want to use GuideML for making my guide entries. Aosl, likewise, if there's anything I can help you with (my mind is a vast warehouse of trivial knowledge), feel free to contact me. I'll help however I can!
Thanks again!

The 1971 value is dependent upon so many things. To start, are the parts origional? Is it a custom? Is it a Standard or a Super? How well has it been taken care of? etc...
In this area (mid atlantic US), a '71 in good condition with no rust will run you $4-6 thou.
As far as GuideML, check out http://www.h2g2.com/A187229...
This will get you started using the basics like the command to seperate the sections of your ideas, or where the best oneliners are found. Note, GuideML does not work in journal entries or these posts.

Sheez, b, I keep cleaning up your boo-boos today. Hopefully, I won't make another one...
The link should point to http://www.h2g2.com/A187229 The parser for transmuting plain text URLs into links is kinda finicky.

Hello... your friendly neighbourhood ace here. You seem to be on top of things, so I'm just going to say Hi and save all the URLs. But anyway... welcome to h2g2! I'm sure you'll have a lovely time.
Anyone for coffee?
- Njan.

Hi there! Nice to meet you!
I'm an ACE too, but mostly I'm a person that has wayyyyy to much time to do nothing at work.

Wow, a lot of response! Please, just allow me to say thanks for the feedback, help with GuideML, Pricing for my Beloved Volkswagen, and all the positive support! It hasn't been a week yet and I'm already starting to feel at home with this site! : )

*Sprawls out over couch, drink in hand, and babbles about the state of youth today, blatantly disregarding the fact that he's 18*
