hello Snowdrop, on my introduction I promise to visit the space of anyone who writes to me, so here I am in virtuality to keep that promise.
I'm a 13 year old girl, so not a lot of difference there, but I was born (and still live) in Australia, a bit different from Colchester, I think. Do you live in Colchester UK or US? I'm assuming UK caz that's where Mersea island is. (no, I didn't know that off the top of my head, I had to go and check an atlas.
Do you know much about Australia? If not, sit down with the globe of the world in front of you and turn Australia till it is facing you. Find Sydney. I live about half a fingerswidth south from there.
It was only when I replied to you that I invented the sign off Exxy
and I'm not sure I want to stick to it.
Oh well

Hi,
Yeah your right i do live in the UK. I will admit i'm not an expert on Australia althrough I do watch Neighbours.
Well I hope you didn't read the bit about my brother making me eat dog biscuits because if you did its not true. He said it about a year ago and hasn't mention it since so......
Bye

You posted on my page so I though I would put something here. I'm 17 and from Canada, The great white north. I figure you know where we are.

I'm getting confused Voda. Was it me or Snowdrop who posted on your page? Anyway, we've both introduced ourselves so now it's your turn.
First, for you, Snowdrop, (and for you Voda, if you're interested) some useful and important facts about Australia that it would appear few people know (especially U.S.A.ians [ie not Canadians])
1. Sydney IS NOT the capital of Australia. That honour goes to Canberra, my birth town.
2. I have never seen anyone ride a kangaroo
3. Most people only say "mate" if they're stuffing around
4.Victoria is the worst state (and I'm only a little prejudiced...)
5. Seachange is much better than Neighbours, but I'm not sure if you get it overseas.
Although I know a bit about the UK and Canada, there a certainly gaps in my knowledge that it would be very nice to have filled.
bye

In britain its the beginning of spring and we don't have much luck weather wise. Lately we have been getting a lot of rain althrough today looks a little brighter, looking out the window it does look like windy so the temperature won't be at all hot.
No I haven't turn vegeterian yet and properbly never will at the moment all they are doing is killing hundreds are thousands of sheep, pigs and cow and doinmg a lot to stop the spread of infection.

Hi Snowdrop
You and I are online at the same time (ie right now!). If the unspecified "they" are killing hundreds of thousands of sheep etc how many are left? I hope the whole thing hasn't affected your family that badly. And I REALLY hope that it doesn't get to Australia!
At the moment in Australia it's heading into winter (ie we are beginning to freeze out butts off) but we have have had some really beautiful days - glorious sunshine, no wind, slightly crisp air.

Well at the moment there is said to be over 800 cases all over britain, but i don't think it will spread to Australia yet so i wouldn't panic.

Sorry, Exuberance it was Snowdrop who posted on my site, but I will go and see yours after.
So about Canada... The first and formost is that we don't live in ilgoos. I have never lived in one and hope I never have to. Although there are people in the far North that do.
1) The capitol it Ottawa
2) Canada is the largest country in the world.
3) We do say "eh" but not the way that the Americans thing we do.
4) I live in the center of the Country, in Provience of Manitoba
5) Right now there is a Spring Blizzard going on out side it's minus 2 or 3 and we just got another 5 inches of snow.
6) In the summer it is up to +35 C in the summer and down negative 35 in the winter usually, I've seen past boht of thought extreams.
7) The coasts are milder.
8) And yes it is Spring.

Canada sounds pretty good. The nearest thing you get to snow in Canberra is a sort of drizzle of white powder. Everyone gets very excited though.
I wish it'd snow properly. Today was another sublime day. It's 3:30 and there's a gentle breeze. The sunlight is wafting through the leaves and the virginia creeper is red. Aaaahhhhh.

Hi EP,
I wasn't going to bother to reply but as voda2000 hasn't, I thought I would so what about that then. It doesn't snow much in britain eva apart from in Scotland) but this year has been different, meaning its snow about 4 times not much mind you but its better than a drizzle of white powder that you describe about hey.

Well I hope you do reply as i'm am going to be totally bored this week!

Only two more days to go, I can make it, I can make it, I'm not panicking about all the Design Tech projects I have to finish, or the tests I have. No.
Hello
voda2000 Posted Apr 10, 2001
Have you have almost finished school for the year?
I don't finish till June and start again in September. It has to do with the harvest. They need extra haelp on the farms. I don't live on a farm but I do work for the summer.
What's a Design Tech project?

Finished school for the year!!!! I wish! Our school year goes from late January/early February to December. The end is really not in sight.
But it's over for a term and today was the first day of holidays!
Design Tech is Design Technology. That's woodwork and metalwork and stuff. I REALLY DID NOT want to do it, but because of my !@$#^*%$%*%$#!@#$%^$#%!Q%^%$%^&$#$%!#$!!@!@###ED$%YT%$^&^%H$$# principal and her @#$%#%^%*&#@$@%^$#$#@$!### timetable changes, if I do band I have to do Design Tech. This term I made an incredibly warped pencil tin (and I mean WARPED!), a very sharp sugar spoon, a nearly finished wonky dice and a pair of decidedly UNfinished wall brackets. Great!
I'm in a good mood. Have some or maybe a
