Apparently I'm still not on the waiting list for an operation, just for a return out patient visit to the specialist. I had my CT in October, blood test still not done. They want to do a 'full blood count' which I assume is to check I'm not dying of something else, and test me for allergies to aspergillus, alternaria, cladosporium, bipolaris, curvularia and drechshlera.

Yes I googled them all fungi, either of plant or soil, or general mould. All the sorts of things you find in the woods, which is where I spend a lot of time.

I can't remember if I posted here back in August when I got my suspected diagnosis (I'd waited a year for the appointment as they closed to NHS patients for a while). They strongly suspect I've got allergic fungal rhinosinusitis, not the non-allergic rhinitus I was diagnosed with 20 years ago.
