h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

There's this thing about writing journals every day it appears from my conversation list. Not sure I understand what it's all about - there was a time I'd have to work hard to LIMIT myself to one a day. What is the goal, what are the benefits for readers and writers alike? I'm not criticising, just asking.

I'd like to know what people want to read about me. As sometimes I get comments, and sometimes I don't. And I know my journal is for me, but if I'm talking to myself I might as well go back to handwriting a diary and hiding it under the mattress.

Nobody even cared that I'M GOING TO BE ON TELLY (properly, rather than just a spare part/extra like on Trinny and The Gadget Show. Except , although that's worth about 25 comments as it's a rare days surfaces.

It's a take on the November writing challenge, instead of 'NovenmberWriteMoreMonth'or NaNoRiMo or however they put it, Hootoo had a 'WriteAJournalADay' in November NaJoRiMo, or something like that

I am not sure I understood at least half of those words...

Remember, just because you don't see me, it doesn't mean I'm not there. Way way back I used to read your blog, in which you sometimes used to put pictures of a small child's artwork if I recall. If you hadn't actually met me in real life, you might think you had a long time stalker!

Wow, that is a long time ago! He's a strapping ugly 18 year old now, soon to be 19 but at long last he has a 'wish list' for birthday and Christmas. So that makes life a lot easier.

What happened to those chatter boxes who got on everyone's nerves? I mean me of course...

Dear Bob, there were some ghastly, ghastly songs around that time. And it seemed like Neil Sedaka wrote most of them No, I'll save you sheer ghastliness of listing them, but now I've given myself several ghastly earworms all at once

I must* find a suitable CD of Catchy, but not quite* so aweful tunes... to play after I@ve showered, in an attempt to remove this madness from my head... Mind, I did have the compaire the merecat advert tune, in my head, for about two months solid, until a few weeks back
