I'm not really here Started conversation Dec 26, 2011
Traditionally done at New Year, I'm going to be too busy with work to think properly, so here we go.
My walking grew from being self-employment to a business employing people at any one time (we had 8 at the Christmas party).
My social life got a bit of a boost with the local paper introducing a tweet up, where I made more friends and contacts than I'd made in the last 3 years.
I realised that despite spending thousands and a very, very stressful 4 weeks in India I don't really like dog training (it's the planning, just Not Me).
My son grew as a person, started college to learn how to be a better , learned how good it is to earn his own money and started paying back a long-standing debt .
Because I'm too scared to spend any money in case it all Goes Horribly Wrong I have managed to save, in the bank, a sum bigger than anything I've ever dreamed of (although not enough to run off into the sunset with). No I can't lend you any
I spent more money on a vehicle than ever before (about 5 times) as suddenly I cared what image I presented to the world. My personal car is still stupid-looking, never washed, noisy, wasteful and 26 years old, but the work van is smart!
I tried online dating (for a second time) but men either stick to emailing a lot and never try to set up a date (and I'm a bit old for a penfriend), or they want to meet me and try to set up a date. So I gave that up.
If I think of any more at New Year, I'll be back!
