That's what I'll be doing all day.
I bought a Gogear MP3 player as Which recommended it at the time, but boy it's hard work to use. Only syncs with media player, so it won't just copy my files as organised from my hard drive. I have to organise the hard drive, then spend forever creating playlists from folders.
Pain in the arse!
Also I need to get more money out of the bank as I was told the course was £1500 so that's what I paid, plus £20 deposit, then suddenly I've not paid enough and I need to take another £200 out with me, which was money I had got out for Teenacher.

doing my head in already. Can't delete empty or duplicated folders as it keeps saying they are 'open in another programme' which they bloody aren't.

Sortted that one, there's a time lag between me closing the folder and the computer noticing.
I forgot to mention the other annoying thing that when I changed from xp to vista it rearranged my music collection from the carefully chosen date order to putting them all in individual album order.
It's taken me all this time to get round to dealing with it. Can't say how much that ked me off.

ooh, think I've found a way to make it find and load my folders as playlists. I may be able to get dressed and start the day before midnight after all.

Blimey. 6 minutes and all done and we're synching!
Just took nearly 3 hours to organise the folders. If only I'd done this years ago.
But I'm happy now. And don't mind talking to myself!

Sho - employed again! Posted Jan 1, 2011
watching that conversation with yourself up there reminds me of how I am every time we get a new mp3 player in this house.
But as I said elsewhere, when #2 had her GoGear (it only broke when dropped from a great height, and then it was only the screen, the actual machine still worked) the GoGear is just fantastic.
Are you yet?

It is great, I really like it. Battery lasts for ages as long as I don't keep poking around with the buttons. That's why I like to have things all organised so I can just say 'play 80s music for next 5 hours without me doing anything'.
Yes, really off ceiling now! Packing pretty much done, just asked my lovely webmaster to post a CLOSED message on the website and have electical items on charge - although no doubt will have to charge again before I go.
Just seem to still have a very long list of Stuff To Get Through before I go!

But did you get any disposable cameras? I saw lots of them in a well know High Street chemists last week, so they do still exist.
