I'm the type who dances sedatly whilst sober and the as the night and drink flows on it's a case of wildly flinging my arms and legs in all directions with whoever happens to be about at the time.
My mates just leave me to get on with it and get it out of my system.
In the morning my hips don't arf ache! 
(but thats another story)

I usually find it's my legs that ache.
(that too, is another story. 
)
I didn't do much dancing at a party on Saturday night as I was too tired. I crashed out at 6.30 and left them all to it for another 2 hours.

I know, I often go out straight after work (that's about 3am) on Saturday night/Sunday morning and party the night away. A couple of weeks ago we didn't give in and go to bed til 9.30am.
Messes up your Sunday though, I will admit.
