I know what you mean! Moonlight accused me of only ever taking pictures of flowers and cats. And by cats, she means cat. Just the one. But I have a lot of pictures of her!

I've got around 2000 less now, ignoring all the things I should have been doing. I just wish I had a few more pics of Buster. Take as many pics as you can!

I'm not sure about photos yet, things like needing new chargers for India, not having a camera (only phone or camcorder) and staying in a YMCA valuables need to be kept with us not left in the lockers... Something I've been thinking about! I am taking a voice recorder, I can record some sounds if you like.

Perhaps you could get several disposable cameras? That way you won't need a charger, and if one gets stolen it's not going to matter too much. And they are very light (probably lighter than a digital camera and charger). You'd lose on picture quality of course, but your memories would be preserved and you can have them saved in some digital format when you get them processed.

didn't realise they were still around, great idea, thanks! Quality not a problem, my phone never takes great pics anyway. Just some memories are enough!
