We still have Mina

Yes well perhaps we could do with a little less Mina from time to time.

They've not answered the four emails I've sent in. Two on the day it happened, then two sent in case they missed the first two.

I don't even know if 2Legs saw the first one.

Eds have reinstated the first one after I emailed editorial (for which I got a slap on the wrist and was told to go to the appeals website), but not the second one.

To which I replied:

"Yes thank you I found that this morning, didn't realise things had changed, I must have missed the announcement that moderation decisions were no longer dealt by the h2g2 team via the email address as has been happening for the past, ooh, decade or so. Except perhaps for Gnomon, who gets personal replies in his threads and doesn't have to wait three days."

See? Less Mina may be welcomed.

No doubt that will be removed as well.

I think we almost certainly need more Mina

Not according to someone - another post has just vanished!

Tax credit people wrote to me to tell me they'd deal with me by November or something ridiculous. Then they told me if I wanted to inform of changes I should ring the tax credits line and here's the number. So now I have to ring them and SHOUT at them for being so ignorant as to completely ignore what I was complaining about!
