Tch. For the first time ever I'm finding myself resentful of the *newbies*. How can they possibly have an opinion on h2g2 when they are still in nappies?

Not at all - it's a perfectly justifiable sign of not putting up with arrogant little upstarts who think they know everything and don't hesitate to let all and sundry know their opinion, however unfounded and wide of the mark it is with regard to the actual facts, proving true that old adage - 'It's better to have the world think you're a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt'.
