I just can't stand to work in a group! ARGH!
Don't kniw if it's because I can't compromise, or just that They Are Too Damn Slow. I'm quite happy to get things wrong as long as I can rush through everything.

One of the women on my course is a nurse, and she thought I should ask for adult services like J has. Obviously we were having a chat about things first, she didn't just blurt it out!
She thought I could probably learn to be 'nice' but I'd have to work at being 'nice' every single time, it would never come naturally. She didn't use the word nice of course.

She has a point - adults looking after others often don't recognise their own problems as ones they can get help with. It's worth looking into.

Being part of 'the team' is overrated. I'm tired of being bullied by people who think that way. I work well on my own and that's the way I like it.

I like being on my own, but I've had a bad week, and I'm feeling as if I need a cuddle and someone to talk to. Had a long chat with my mum (gossip!) and feel a bit better, but I still bought a Barcardi Breezer ... or two... think I'm a bit low atm.
