h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Sorry about this mass-posting, but I've just taken over the reins of h2g2 University from Peta, and thought it might be an idea to visit the current projects and get a feel for how they're coming along. This is mostly to familiarise myself with the scope of the task I've taken on, but also to make Mark think I'm being industrious.

And I definitely don't mean to be putting on any pressure to finish, or anything like that - we like to get projects when they're ready, not if they're rushed. It's really just to help me get the general h2g2 University picture. Honest.

So, how's your project 'Blood and the Circulation system' coming along?

It's actually 'Blood and the circulatory system', but someone made a typo at some point! The text is more or less finished, the remainder just needs putting onto the site, and then it can be subbed. We have had long running trouble trying to get the pictures sorted, as I am for some reason unable to email them in. Is there an address I can post them to? This would probably help. I'll try and get the rest of the text up in the next two weeks.

I'll try to reply to the email, but last attempt to get them in failed for unknown reasons. That was to Peta's BBC account. If you don't get them after this time, I'll have to use a carrier pigeon...

Hmmm - how big are the images you want to send? There might be a restriction on the size of things you can email into the BBC. I think anything larger than a couple of MB will probably be too large for their security measures. I'll have a check on that...

Neither are particularly big, only a few 100 kbs I think. I'll try again soon...
