You should move the thread cos I'm finiding it a bit annoying to go through all those screens. Give us a few more posts, and you'll be waiting a fair bit before you can see what you can reply too.
To join the league, turn up in a forum and ask "Can I join the league?" I beleive you've already done this, and said yes.
I recommend you start a new thread at the Pokemon League for dealing with your matters there. The one you've already posted in will prolly be rather long...
