A Conversation for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

In fact many people with chronic/post-viral fatigue can't sleep, or can't sleep well, or can't sleep at appropriate times of the day. So apart from being bummed out about not being able to go for a nice stroll, not being able to go out to dinner with friends, not being able to wrap a few Christmas presents without needing a little lie down, you also get bummed out about lying awake for hours in the middle of the night not being able to do the very thing you're convinced will make you better.
A tip from someone who has just exploded back into the world of the living - take lots of very good quality (expensive) vitamins and find a doctor (or well credentialed alternative therapist or Chinese medicine practitioner) who is committed to making you well.
