Got a cold this week. says it all.
Busy week trying to put together a project good news a contact arranged a development fund for $*** and the yanks are sending some lawyer type chaps out to see if we are up to it, if we don't come accross as a bunch of wallies that will buy the property and fund the sales from it. leaving £*** for the markrting. I will know in three weeks and then its job change that will be fun.
We will see wish us luck every one
