I'm now contemplating other methods of birth control. I refuse to take the pill, tho. Just strikes me as a generally bad idea to screw with my body's natural clock. And I won't do norplant, because Charlie's sister in law got pregnant with that. The norplant co. even offered her a settlement for it.

Well, then you're in trouble. Unfortunatly the Pill is really the best way to do it.

My mom has worked at an OB/GYN for my whole life. I don't like the injections etc, because you get a huge dose of hormone all at once instead of a little bit at a time. With the pill, at least you're not overloading the body.

Condoms, sponges, etc are time consuming, and I find them distancing. I'm on the pill. It's much safer, by the way, if you're on it for two years and then take a year off.

Other than that, you greatly increase your risk of pregnancy.

By the way, thanks about the picture. I have tons of them and I'm going to keep changing it, so keep an eye out.

Well, I've heard horror stories from girls on the pill. I suppose I'm being a silly goit, but I just have the feeling that being on the pill will mess with my body and it's cycles and needs. Not to sound like an utter fruitcake, but I'm pretty well attuned to what's going on, this last weekend not with-standing.

You'd be surprised at how many women I know that are allergic to that stuff. I also read an article that says that Nonoxynal 9 might actually increase your chances of getting AIDS because it irritates the internal wall and creates cracks for the desease to spread.
