Yes but the 'duggaduggaduggadugga' sound, in the guide entry, after the speech at the beginning is the shooting of 'The A Team' into a red background

Hey argue away, just because I am an ACE doesn't make me any less likely to be an arse, or wrong. However in this case I am not, but not because of ACE status, but because I wrote the article Until later.....

Tim Dunigan only appeared in the pilot, "Mexican Slayride." As far as I know, there's been no official comment on why he was replaced; he just didn't fit the part.
Amy Amanda Allen was a reporter who joined the Team in the pilot. She acted as their outside contact and assisted on missions until partway through the second season, when they rescued her fiance in "The Bend in the River" and they got married. Her friend Tawnia, also a reporter, took her place--she basically forced her way in. Tawnia was highly annoying and much less useful than Amy. Not very bright, either. I can't remember how they got rid of her.
The theme sounds similar to the "Magnum" and "Rockford Files" themes because it was written by the same team: Mike Post and Pete Carpenter. They wrote many 80s television themes...and Mike Post, at least, is still in the business, to the best of my knowledge.
Col. Lynch was taken off the case and replaced by Col. Decker when the Army finally realized that he would never succeed in capturing them. He was the most comedic and least effectual of the Team's pursuers, as well as the least likable. He last appeared in "Showdown."

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
