The most important thing to remember about chips and
cheese is the dips you have with them. I'd like to
recommend a few of the sauces we get in our local
Firkin. Mayonnaise is obvious - the belgians have
been doing this for years and I recommend chips
and mayo as a meal in itself.

Other prime choices are :
Mustard - really good with mature cheese,
Chilli sauce,
anything with garlic,

or, all of the above. And of course, beer. Caffreys
or something nice.


Chipz n Cheeeez

Actually I invented Chipz n Cheeeez when I was working at The Pizza Bar in Upper Bangor way back in the early 80's as a bit of a laugh.

The recipe is cunningly simple:
i.) Take a polystyrene tray
ii.) Fill it with Chipz
iii.) Sprinkle over some grated Cheeeez
iv.) stick it in the microwave for about 20 - 30 seconds
v.) Eat it whilst attempting not to burn the roof of your mouth with scalding hot Cheeeez

As Bangor has a student population of about 8,000 it was a piss take of their lack of culinary skill but proved to be unbelievalby popular!!! I therefore claim £1,000,000,000,000,000 in back royalties for everybody who has ever eaten Chipz n Cheeeez and not bought it from Ian at The Pizza Bar.

If any other researchers can prove they invented Chipz n Cheeez earlier than me I will gladly share the £1,000,000,000,000,000 with them.
