Just so that I can complain a bit----------I'm a little annoyed...50% of the time I use tyhe "who's online" button my computer freezes....

wow, that's got to suck. Oh well, we all have our problems.
My problem is s**ty phone lines over which I can only connect at 26.4 kBs. I have this kick-ass 'puter and that's all I get!! If only I could get cable... I'm thinking of the satellite hookup, but we may be moving son! Guess I'll just have to keep being patient...

When it rains here I'm disconnected about every ten to fifteem inutes. I was using my friends computer last night. He just bought a cable modem. I think I'll go and buy one this week.

aw MAN! I swear I posted to this yesterday, it must've been just before I 'lost contact'. That happens when I'm downloading into too many browsers at once. Well, cable modems are the way to go as far as I can see. A little more expensive, but your phone isn't tied up, and it's SO much faster. I'd almost pay for DSL if it was available here! We don't have cable. Cheers! (sorry to cut it short, but I REALLY want a cigarette and I don't smoke 'em inside)
