I liked your drawings, they made me feel a bit sad, but then after reading your journal enterues you do sound sad. I feel the value of sadness is underrated, I write poetry and I feel my best is written when I am sad. Not downright depressed, but just a little sad and lonly is good also.

I'm glad you liked them. I suppose they are a bit sad. Most of my work seems to be either sad or angry. I don't start things out to be this way. It's just sort of happens.

I have only one rule as an artist. I will never do anything that I could not show to my mother. I've been told that this is a very good rule.

I agree with what you said about showing to your mother, If you cant show your work with pride I think don't bother doing it.

I don't doubt it works I'm just not sure how it works. I just followed a fish here and found it interesting. How do I submit some writing?

Just look on the left side of your page and ypu'll see a little blue button called "Add a guide entry" or something like that. Once you do that there are links at the bottom of the page that will explain the whole process better than I can.

It took me a few weeks to get used to the place. Once you do, you might find yourself addicted.
