Hi William 
Let's deal with the user account U528468 first. Are you still able to log in to it?
If so, then I suggest you do so, then create new entries and copy the text of each of those articles into them.
If you don't have access to U528468, then you may no longer be able to use it - this is due to the BBC ID change a year or two ago. I suggest in this case you just create new entries in your current account then paste the text into those.
If you're unsure how to create an entry, post here and I'll take you through it step-by-step.

The user and entries don't seem to belong to h2g2 (and since they're from 2003, I guess they're no longer accessible), so I guess your suggestion of creating new guide entzries and copy and paste the texts will be the best option.
