UPnP is "universal plug and play". It allows your computer to automatically find services on the network. I'm guessing in your case that Messenger can't automatically find the messenger server so is relying on something that has been permanently set in the preferences.
NAT is "network address translation", which usually means you have a wireless router. You get an IP address from your internet service provider and your router uses that to connect to the internet. Then the router gives your computer a "local address" that technically isn't directly connected to the internet, but the router translates between the two automatically so the rest of the internet thinks your computer has the router's address. This allows you to have multiple computers sharing the single internet connection and IP address. I have no idea what the "symmetric" part refers to.

Traveller in Times on top
"This: 'C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\system32\ipconfig.exe'
Is the command line instruction to show the network configuration parameters in use by your system. Not something to worry about.
Things that may be of concern: Are you really wanting to use this messager service? If so, does it work anyway? If so, do not bother about the messages windows currently gives about the UPNP and NAT configuration these are about the hardware and how it is used.
If you have problems with other applications accessing the internet you may concider configuring them all according to the actual route. If not, do not bother. "

What are you trying to do? What are you asking google that makes it to tell you those things?
Most of the time, people never have to worry about any of this.
