Aaron O'Keefe the anti-pajama man (ACE)

TO anyone,

I used to be member here and took a leave of absence. I was an ACE and all that other stuff. I would like to retrieve my page and continue participating. How???

I'm not sure I get you, Aaron. You seem to have been able to get in to your old page -- do you have another? If you can still get in and post using that account, I think you ought to be able to continue participating in activities and adding Guide Entries.

Cheers,
Farlander.

You can call me TC

Just come and say hello to a few old friends on their personal spaces and post a couple of comments in "Ask the Community" or Peer Review. You'll soon find out who's new and who's still here and be hooked again.

If you're having trouble with Single Sign On (SSO) - you'll soon get used to it. It caused a lot of difficulties at first, with people having to open new accounts by the dozen, but the bugs have been sorted out and it has settled down.

If you left before Rupert, check out the new rules (still no spitting, though)

Hmmm, it looks like you took off again after the briefest of tries, but here goes.

1. Do you remember your *exact* researcher name from before? Better yet, can you dive into the guide and view it?

2. Do you remember the email address you used and that was linked to it when you signed up as a researcher?

3. Go to the feedback forum, tell them what a fix you're in, give them whatever identifying info they ask for, and check that email address, for a sign-on-again email.

4. If you don't have access to that email addy anymore, you're SOL, I'm afraid.

This happened to me, and finally I think someone took pity and somehow I got back...about the time of SSO, now that I think of it.

I hope you haven't gone away, permanently. Please give it another go! smiley - smiley
