Can I change the colour of my Intro text? Is it possible to do this in Conversations?

Hello there Dodgem, nice sofa 
If you want to change the colour of the text in your personal space then you need to convert your space into GuideML, then use the tab. You can find out more about GuideML at the GuideML clinic which is at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A187229 .
As a quick example though to make text red for instance, you need to type:
whatever text you want to be red

Oh yes, in order to change your space to guideML all you have to do is click on the "edit entry" button, then choose the guideML round button thing below the text window, and hit the "Change Style" button
Once you have done this you will need to enter your smiley using another tag....

last post before I wait and see if you are noticing me :
One really good way to learn GuideML is to look at how otherpeople have used it. On h2g2 it is possible to view the guideML of guide entries and peoples user pages.
To view the GuideML of a persons user space then type "testuserpage" into your browser instead of the U that is in front of peoples researcher number.
eg. to see how I made my space (U174321):
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/testuserpage174321
to see how deackie (couldnt help notice she already popped by )made hers(U171266):
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/testuserpage171266
To view guide entries, just type "test" instead of the A number
eg. this weeks new Dr Who article can (A610796) be viewed as at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/test610796
