Anyway, as we were saying before:
Did you hear what happened when France won the footie over Portugal:the Portugese were so violent! I'm glad their out as they were partly to blame for England being chucked out, becuase we had to win every single match after that, if we had of won over Portugal then we may have still been in because then we would have won over Germany, and even if we had lost to the Romanians we would still have been in because of the number of matches we'd already won, because it's none of the finals! I hope that Holland win, they're a good team!

I'm off to h2g2 head offices in London in a few minutes, I'm in City University right now, just waiting for Jules to come back then we're going h2g2! Here she is now. Bye!

Ahhh. Spacious, new quarters. This is perfect.

Holland lost to Italy in penalty shots. I'm afraid I may have jinxed Holland by routing for them. It seems like every team I went for is out. I don't care who wins now. I'll probably watch the finals on sunday.

Any plans for the weekend? Is the weather still nice there? It rained earlier today but it's nice now. The dogs are happy their mud puddles are still going in the backyard. Rosee loves getting dirty. Her coat is like a sponge.

I hope Krunchy is OK and that he will find our new home. I've brought a nice framed print of a tiger to hang on the wall. All my artwork at home are wildlife scenes. I've got a nice wolf print that I got signed by the artist (Glen Loates) in 1983 that I think would look good here, as well.

LOL. Yes, they're like magnets. We had a fairly nice weekend, but it's raining again today.

in a slightly mischievous mode - it was very funny watching my older daughter wading through a puddle in her red wellies, and then the water went over the top ... her face was a picture to remember.

LOL. I was looking at pictures of Rosee when we got her at 7 weeks old. In one pic she had fallen down the deck stairs into a mud puddle. It's hard to believe she was ever that small. That was just before her first bath.

Katsy, I loved the e-mail. Lots of good points to think about.

We've got another outing this Friday to a theme park!!!!! I've only got this week and next week left of school! I'm slightly excited as already I've bought my senior uniform (as I'm in the seniors from September).

Today is the Capital FM Princes Trust concert in Hyde Park. I was hoping to go but the tickets sold out and I wasn't lucky in trying to win tickets, so I've been watching it on the TV, but it got interrupted with horse racing, so i listened to it on the radio, and now the charts have taken over, so there's a half an hour gap of when I've got no contact with it! It's back on telly in a few mins. I've been watching the camera on the crowds as a few of my friends are there so I'm looking out for them! I was upset though as the Dum Dums and Jon Bon Jovi went on the half an hour gap of no coverage! Luckily the performance of 5ive and Queen was on the TV, and the crowds just came alive! I wish I'd been there! Doesn't matter as it was raining so at least I was snug and cosy at home!

Katsy - my wife is also looking forward to year end ... but from the other side of the 'fence' ! 2 young kids & full time teaching job is taking its toil ..... 'twas her school's open day last weekend - it managed to not rain for the period we were there, but the wind sure did blow !

I'm doing well now, Tig. Thanks for asking. I have been sober since the 26th of May! That's a record for me. My counsellors are pleased with how I'm doing. One of them is coming for a final visit this week. I may not need the in-house treatment in August. How is your job going? Are you still travelling a lot? BTW< I really like this new place.

Ooh I can't wait! My friends have said they're going to drag me on the big rides that turn you upside down, but I'm not so sure! It depends! I had no school today, was supposed to do my homework but I didn't touch it! I've got a 1200 word essay due in for tomorrow and I haven't even started it! HELP!

Ali - yup, still enjoy my job, I'm starting to travel again, now that I'm 'trained up' (though mainly to London currently)

Katsy - I'm originaly from central London, but now the M4 corridor (IT country!)

Katsy, you have to do the big rides - you'll be scared witless during the ride, but be so relieved to arrive at the end, you'll be on a real high !

I know! I ws dead scared going on one of the big rides in Wales but came off longing for more! It's a tall tower and you shoot up and down it very fast, but I was on a real high when I cam off!

AND I SAW JUDE LAW (actor) LAST NIGHT AND DIDN'T EVEN REALISE IT UNTIL TODAY! NOW I'M JUST KILLING MYSELF!!!!!!

No plans to travel anywhere in the near future. It's hard to go anywhere while having dogs. I couldn't imagine kenneling them. I'd love to visit the UK. I still have relatives in England. I've got addresses somewhere. I'd love to be able to attend one of the get-togethers for h2g2. It would be so nice to meet in person. Maybe some day...
