I love the "You Ought To Be in Pictures" one. Nice choices though - can't wait to see the non-serious ones!

I agree with C. I liked it better, but this is my inexperienced decision. It just seems like you could do that one better. But I've never actually _met_ you, so I don't know why I think that.

I'm very close to deciding on that one. I connect very well personally with You Ought to Be in Pictures, and not at all with Brighton Beach. So I guess it should be obvious. But it's a lot harder to do things that you can fully understand emotionally—it may be easier to make it look good, but it's a lot tougher to cope with.
Still... yes... yes, I think you may be right. I have a few more days to decide... a week and a half till the actual thing... LOL

"...it may be easier to make it look good, but it's a lot tougher to cope with".
Ah, that's very wise. And you seem so young!

I would have to agree the the "You oughta be in pictures ... " one seems best.
If you connect on a deeper level, even though it's trying, I believe it's worth it

Thank you all for your help. I've decided to do the monologue from You Ought to Be in Pictures—provided I can figure out what exactly is going on soon enough to be able to do any of the monologues at all. Now, to find a funny one...

KM -
I've always thought that anything from Rosencrantz and Guildestern Are Dead provides a funny monologe.
Sorry my spelling all shot .... just finished teaching a class.

Thank you very much.
Oh, and Ant, I don't know, do I? I estimate, however, that I can take approximately not much more, so don't push it.
