I'm not quite sure what the Rugby thing is all about, but congrats on your anniversary anyway.

How are the plans for the wedding and house coming on?
I never get to talk to you two as much as I'd like! Tell me everything. (please? )

Anyway the Wedding and House plans are both currently on-hold. I have an interview for another job today and one on Wednesday. It's looking like me and FC will actually hold off on getting a house sorted until next summer when she graduates and find somewhere to rent here in the meantime. AS for the wedding she reckons it is a way for her parents to stall us. We'll just have to wait and see. There were valid reasons behind it, but I'm not getting any younger and my parents are looking forward to me getting married as much as having their first grandchild.

I'm sorry they are both on hold. But at least you won't have to move into your new house on your own, if you see what I mean. You can move in together.

I'll look forward to FC giving me a ring, I've missed her. I've missed you both, actually, but I know rl comes first sometimes. (Only sometimes mind, don't make a habit of it! )
The first grandchild thing would wait until FC left uni anyway I would think?

FC reminded me yesterday. It was good to see her, and sorry I didn't get to say much on the phone. I think she objected to me calling you 'sexy' as I got a bit of a slap for that.

I tell you something honey, I bet its not as much of a slap as I get when I tell DD that you're sexy!

Anyway, talking about us getting together. I've got labs till 5 on friday and I doubt I'll get out till about 6. DD's not turning up till midnight, so I doubt you and the gang you're meeting will want to wait until then, but maybe we could meet up in between honey? And then DD and I can meet you in London and head off for the meet as a group? We could meet you at Liverpool St or something???

Give us a shout honey. If I dont get the message, I'm sure DD will!

I'm not sure what you mean about meeting in between? Do you mean meet while you're waiting for DD, or are you just talking about Saturday morning? Either way if dine with me. We can do lunch on Saturday if you like. Just text me with what time you are going to be about.
