After all, the form asked for a nickname, but I was slightly reluctant to put anything in, which would have left an empty space. Not many people call me Emlock, as you can imagine; years ago, I used it a bit when reviewing for comics fanzines such as the long-lost Comic Media News, and people who went way back in UK comics fandom have been known to use the name more recently. Mike Lake, of Landau, Luckman & Lake, for example, though I have not seen him since not long after he sold Titan Distributors to Diamond Comic Distributors.
Anyone who can suggest a new nickname will be gratefully ignored.
