I know I'm early, but...
Titania (gone for lunch) Started conversation Nov 16, 2001
*floating in, in her usual vague, elf-like manner, singing*
Last Christmas, I gave you my h..elp!
*climbs up on Santa's lap, chattering happily*
...giving Santa's elfs a good bath after their last night off before Christmas, and I'd be happy to help this year too!
And I brought you a bottle of home-made Glögg, just like last year...
:'-) <---(substitution for a not-yet-exisisting nostalgical smiley)
(description of Glögg found here)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A655562
And all I wish for this year is a white Christmas - oh please! The last couple of winters have been crap...
*climbs down from Santa's lap*
*drifts off, singing*
I'm dreaming of a Swedish Christmas, just like the way they used to be...
I know I'm early, but...
Galaxy Babe - eclectic editor Posted Nov 16, 2001
*flutter of wings*
*hitches up gown and sits on
lap*
My request for Christmas is a plane ticket. Not for me, for someone else. So he can visit me.
*and flutters off*
I know I'm early, but...
I'm not really here Posted Nov 16, 2001
It seems to start earlier and earlier every year!
*drags in small wailing child, convinces him to sit on stranger's knee after telling him all year not to go near strangers, especially bizarely dressed ones*
He wants a playstation 2.
'No I don't I want one of those things from off the telly'
shh, be quiet!
He does your honour, he wants a playstation 2.
*drags him away before he can say anything else*
I know I'm early, but...

Sounds like personal experience there Mina
Anyway, while I'm here...
Santa, this year I'd really like a job indoors. Pretty please

Santa-
*gets up and sits down next to Santa*
sorry about that but for my list I will only ask for a few things this year. First of may I say what a lovely color red you are wearing. It brings out the color of your cheeks. No, really I think it makes you look no older then about 100 or 150 tops....
Now so I don't waste your clearly valuable time I will keep this list nice and short.
1. Due to the economic slow down here in the US I would so gladly take on the responsibility of a nice big bag of money. This way I could go out and shop and help the country back on to its feet in my own special way. Now I do not ask this for myself but for the good of the economic future of this land I love.
2. I was looking into spending large amounts of time volunteering at local charities and whatnot but found that due to my lack of personal transpiration that I would not be able to get around to all the people in my area that are in desperate need of help. To help aide my quest in helping others I am forced to ask for a car. Nothing too special but I must say I am partial to VWs...Passats to be more exact.
3. Knowing that you, every year, make a list of good boys and girls and naughty boys and girls to aide in your giving. You must get a little depressed in the growing of the naughty behavior...I would like to take it upon myself to try to help you out. I would happy to take the list of Naughty girls your hands and see if I could get out there and meet with them. Who knows maybe my personality will rub off on them some what and the world would be better place altogether.
As you can see I think only for the many others out there and that I am only trying to better my community and all those around me...
*shakes Santa's hand and goes ahead and moves out of the seat saying goodbye and merry Xmas*

I will do my best to fulfill all your wishes! But only if you can promise me you have been good all year!

And are you sure that you... I mean your son wants a Playstation 2?
Heavy demand on those I am afraid... have to see what I can do!

Oh yes, he definitly wants one. He mentioned it quite a lot just before he got a Gameboy for his birthday. I'm sure if I nudge him a bit he'll remember he does.
Heavy demand? You mean you might run out before you get to us?

shazzPRME Posted Dec 13, 2001
I've been really, really good all year.
Well... rumour has it anyway!
Can I have my own personal jet please so I can attend all the h2g2 meets? It doesn't have to be a very big one... just large enough to hold all my friends. Um, ok... it will have to be a jumbo!

Tacsatduck - if you're after some personal _transpiration_, can I recommend a matt black car with no sunroof or air conditioning? You'll be sweating buckets in no time - but only while the sun shines!

I had one of those! A Fiesta XR2! The paint work was so shabby I sprayed it matt black. No air con, no sunroof, just one .
