Too true!
Tried to take a walk in the forest today, discovered that all the paths in the snow had vanished due to more snow and storm, so I waded through the snow, trying to find the vanished path beneath my feet - it was easy to detect when I stepped off it - I immediately sank down above my knee...

Well, I sort of like it - the snow makes the day so much lighter, and it dampens all sounds, making it spookily quiet except for the snow creaking under my feet... and it makes it easier to spot the deer...

I am guessing here but I bet you spotting the dear has nothing to do with hunting I was hopeing for some snow here but it hasn't come...though other parts of the state are barried so I guess no snow might work better then like 7 or 8 feet of snow.....it is really cold though...time to get a new jacket
