You've placed yourself at the top of the ranks, without even having had to fight one battle for it... and then you set some rules for others in which they have to win a large number of fights before they can even take you on.

This arrangement will allow you to hold the master title for a long time without actually deserving it... The rules are mostly to YOUR advantage.

Seeing as you are rolling the dice yourself, you should not be in the ranks at all. You should be only a 'referree', and not the title holder setting all the rules to your own advantage.

No, you may not be on the list of registered trainers, but as you state in the rules, people can only fight you AFTER they have beaten all the trainers... What does that make you??? In my book that places you ABOVE the trainers, which just doesn't seem fair.

Sure the founder can be the president! But you can't place yourself at the highest possible rank in the games without having EARNED that position first.

I'd like to say that I'm interested in joining. However, I'm more into the pokemon cartoon than the game now, and I'm not sure if I fully understand the rules (how matches are meant to work out, y'know). I'll give it a serious hard reading, and then make my decision.
