Ok... Ok... Ok ... it's time to get logical about this. Since a "thing" is an object, and this gift recipient apparently already owns everything (ie. ALL OBJECTS), I would consider giving them a gift that is NOT an object. For example... a person or group of people. Children are always a nice gift... especially if you've made them yourself! But an adult would be a fine gift too.

Hmmm logical maybe ..practical not necessarily since making children requires at least 9months preparation and the most likely reaction upon delivery is to give a certificate for a vasectomy to the co-producer rather than give away the result of the efforts [ that desire comes later and frequently ].
Giving people also contravenes a variety of laws and religious convictions in most countries ...for the rest it's just not quite so official. However giving of oneself by planning something special to do either with that person, or for that person, or organising so that the person can do it to enjoy themselves. That requires to actually know them and care about them irrespective of the everything they have.
