Get them cheap booze. It'll be gone before they've even unwraped it.
Money. But to be used sparingly.
A cd of someone they really don't like. Odds are they won't have that.
An invitation for them to spend christmas with your family in your 'cardboard box house'. If done properly they might even give you more.
Or alternatively- NOTHING! The person who has everything doesn't have nothing! Anyway, let them suffer.
