Perhaps you could add a little on cleansing and protection as well as shielding? I usually find a mental 'circle' an excellent shield

What is meant by this "psychic shielding" what is "psychic" you've not even covered the basics how can us ignoramuses even get a grip without them. You've assumed a whole lot that isn't so clear to all the rest of us.
I didn't even know we could be attacked psychically and now I need shielding? Am I protected my this ignorance?
