Bloukrans was my first jump and I'm desperate to do another one now.
I returned to London to find that they've dismantled Chelsea Bridge Bungee Jump. If anyone else can recommend a good site in England, please let me know, as I need to get the adrenalin rush back !!!

I haven't found anything good in the UK - they're all cranes! The nearest good site is the AJ Hackett one in Normandie - 200 feet or so from a platform on an old railway bridge. There are a couple of good sites in Switzerland too, including the highest comercial jump I know of that's not from a helicopter (300m). It's great - 10 to 12 seconds freefall from a cablecar before the bungy starts to cut in!
We have a club of sorts to minimise transport costs and sort bookings - take a look at www.aerial.org if you're interested. Next trip to the cablecar's 12th-15th Nov. if there are any places left. Don't expect any luxuries - it's a long minibus trip and the hotels are VERY cheap.
