I need help!!

Hi - A while ago I moved house. When it came time to once again join the h2g2 community I was dismayed to find that I had forgotten both my login name and password. There seemed no solution for it, but to re-join with a new login name and password which I did. I set up my new page and everything has been fine up until now.
Under my old name I had set up a virtual Village
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/A404191
Now I no longer have the ability to edit it. I need to do this because someone would like to join the Village that I have created. Can you help me regain control of the page and all the linking pages to it too?

Email the folks at h2g2 dot support at bbc dot co dot uk and they should be able to help you out

I'm sorry to bother you again. I tried that address and it came back as undeliverable.

you did replace the "dot" wiv "." and the "at" wiv "@" (silly question I know 
)

I might have forgotten the dot between h2g2 and support... I just sent off the email. I bet they won't be able to do anything. I think I'm stuffed.
