I unintentionally deleted my only 2 edited entries last night can I retrieve them.

Hit the link where your Guide entries are kept that says 'Click here to see more Guide Entries'
Then click 'Show Cancelled Guide Entries' and you should be able to restore them from there.
Of course, the Edited copies are permanently on your personal space.
