The following is my new found hobby, I found that I enjoy watching the signs and trying to find out if each individual I meet is really anything like what the astrologers say they are. So far it has been very interesting. Would you like to know your Sun Sign? It would amaze you and intrigue you to find out what it is that is really going on in that other persons head. Well, here is what I am all about. What are you all about?

Full Blooded Aries

Quality: Cardinal-As an Aries I am active, energetic, excitable and impulsive, optimistic, open to change and new experiences.

Ruling Planet Mars-Ancient god of war, agression and conflict. Mars's influence fosters tension and accidents; it rules over fire and danger.

Polarity or Opposite: Libra-Aries is a me first sign. People with Aries tendencies strongly project their own personalities and can be quite selfish. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, the sign that symbolizes a new beginning. There is a dynamic restlessness to the Aries character. With the sun in this sign, I am an activist and doer. If I have a new plan or idea-if an enterprise strikes my fancy-I can't wait to plunge right in. The amusing little prayer, "Grant me patience now!" is typical of the Arien attitude.

When othesr first meet me thier instant impression is of someone exciting, vibrant and talkative. Others will be lucky if they can get a word in edgewise. If someone brings up a topic, I will be delighted to tell in great detail exactly what I think about it.

As an Aries person I gravitate toward the center of action. I am a natural leader who exudes self-confidence. From an early age I felt I was headed for success and I treat opposition as an annoyance to be brushed out of the way.

There is nothing faint-hearted about an Arien. I am willing to take a gamble, follow a dream, set my mind on a goal and pursue it with irresistible enthusiasm. My supreme quality of optimism attracts others. Underneath there may lurk insecurity, but no one will ever know it.

This is not to say I don't get depressed or moody. But the winter of despair doesn't last a week with Aries. I have an uncrackable optimism. It is true, however, that Aries people are notorious for taking offense at fancied slights and injuries. Hot tempers and childish tantrums abound, and my threshold of boredom is extremely low. If success is not immediate, I may lose interest and go in search of other excitement. As a result, patient, plodding types often get to the head of the class before I do.

Ariens have a well-deserved reputation for not finishing what they have begun. I sometimes spend my energy in too many different ways, like the Ring Lardner hero who mounted a horse and rode off in all directions at once.

Independence is a keyword. I can turn sulky and peevish if I have to take orders. I would much rather be the world's largest lizard than the world's smallest dragon. I want to run the whole show. If I can't I pull up stakes and look for a situation in which I can show off my style and brilliance.

Should I come up against a superior force, I will bend but never break. My aggressive and combative spirit cannot be broken by anyone, except myself.

Though generally sincere and honest, I will tell a white lie if it seems advantageous. I am not a very adept liar, however, others see right through me. Sometimes I lack tact and diplomacy-but no malice is intended. Sagittarians also lack this quality of tact because they don't know how to oblique or roundabout. With me, tactlessness is an impulsive act-a careless expression of my innate force. Too often I speak without thinking and say whatever pops into my mouth, and usually regret my impulsiveness later.

Aries is lucky with money, but can't hold on to it. I tend to run up big bills, live extravagantly and soar over budget. However, I usually find a way to pay off what I owe. I have too much pride to be in anyone's debt.

In friendships I give magnanimously if someone is in need-but I want credit for my good deed. In the garden of Aries, there are no shrinking violets.

I am creative, open hearted, high spirited, pioneering, also vain, feisty and impatient. Those who deal with me on an intimate basis will have one chief problem: How are they going to keep up with me.

You and Aries Woman

If you fall in love with an Aries woman, you'll never lack for excitement. But are you the kind of man who can handle a full-blooded independent, forceful female? Because that's what an Aries woman is.

How to Attract Aries

Don't be timid. Faint heart never won Aries, male or female. Let Aries people know how much you admire them right at the beginning. Aries people will never think you brash if you are paying them a compliment. They feel they deserve it. Be a bit careful, though, about laying it on too thick. They can always spot insincerity.

Aries people think of themselves as intellectuals, so don't appeal to them purely on a physical plane. They will enjoy a lively discussion of theater, music, politics, or even more esoteric subjects such as history, art or philosophy.
