This newbie has only posted in a foreign language.
I am loath to just yikes it all, he is, after all, really making an effort - is there an ACE out there who can assist?

Not a clue, I'm afriad. I guess we can always post a message in English and hope that they have enough to figure out what we mean.

I know a few words, but not really enough to know what it says.
I think I could write a message in Spanish advising the newbie to write in English though, if we think it would be ok to try that.

That looks like it might be a better Spanish sentence than I could write. Maybe we could just paste it in to a new message on their PS. On the other hand, the researcher is offline now and may never sign in again - perhaps we should leave it, since they probably won't come back, and deal with it if they do?

I think it's maybe Esperanto; i've posted to them in a sort of mongrel language of English, French & German!
(This wil probably confuse them even more!)
