Guardian 'title'

I'm not sure if 'title' is quite the word I mean. 
this has nothing to do with Guardian Angels. 
A newbie has posted on Keepers page requesting to be 'Keeper of A, and Guardian of B' The Keeper title is no problem, I can 'award' that, but is there a page somewhere that 'awards' Guardians of a, b, whatever, that I can direct them to?

Not that I know of. When you become a Guardian Angel, you become a Patron Saint of something or another, not a Guardian.

I applied to become a Guardian last August (I think) never heard a word from them and became an ACE instead

Sorry, I seem to have confused some of you.
I did say in first post it was nothing to do with Guardian Angels. It probably would have helped if I had linked to the post so: F54403?thread=616519
The request is "I would like to be "Bedmechanic Keeper of the tongue in cheek and guardian of the empty wallet" pretty please

I'm the Keeper of Keepers (A441596) and can award the requested 'tongue in cheek' title, but what I was asking, (in a rather confusing way) was where can he/she can get the title 'guardian of the empty wallet', if anywhere. The only page someone else found for me was this, A806924 which is out of date.

Would it be possible to apply for the royal title of "Guardian of Defamed Navigators" or "Guardian of Bad Poets". Is it necessary to demonstrate good faith?
