ACE Help please

I missed visiting hootoo yesterday and was quite surprised today when I checked the newbies list that it looks like no one has been there at all.
The list is now out to 2 days - I'll clear up what I can but, if you can assist, it would be appreciated.
It gets out of hand so quickly - if we could all do some each day it would help.
but it's late here and it's a little discouraging
