Well I help the ACEs welcome newbies, wander round the site looking out for questions to answer ... hold on where is the job description..... look after DNA's page, pick out things for Peta's picks and just try and make sure you are all happy and productive. IRL I engage in Editorial team debates about the future directions of the site, what to have for lunch, who should make the tea and because I am still new I ask Peta the same question 37 times!
