i've managed to get one onto my page, found the instructions for that simple, but its all to the left of my page, how do i centre it?

By the way, your INREPLYTO="..." is incorrect; as it is now, it would add a reply to <./>T25963</.>! I think you meant to put FORUM="133373". Also, there's a superfluous S="45">.

i've put the first bit in, but i put the second one in after the "please leave a msg" and it said bad closing element, i've treid putting it at the end of the bit and it said the same again..?

Whereever you'd like the little number for the footnote to appear, type (for example) Type the text of the footnote here. All the footnotes are numbered, and linkified automatically.

To add links to another h2g2 entry, use Click (where A123456 is the A-number of the entry, and 'Click' the link text).

To add a link to another website, use Google (where http://www.google.com is the URL and 'Google' the link text).

To add a link to another h2g2 researcher, use either (to add a link with an automatically-updating nickname to U12) or Santa (to add a link with the name 'Santa' to U12).
